Coaches work with clients that are already performing well and operating at a high level. Coaches are trained to listen and assist clients in advancing to the next level. Coaches provide objective perspectives without a personal agenda. This is extremely difficult to find in any other context. The relationship is confidential and can produce incredible insights and results. The results of coaching are primary the responsibility of the client.
